Types of Therapy
The three types of therapy provided are listed below.
Individual
You may have a specific reason for coming to therapy or are simply curious to learn more about yourself.
Couples
Couples counseling is a proven way to increase communication and improve the partnership in a relationship.
Teletherapy
A limited number of teletherapy sessions are available via video conferencing or phone discussions.
